We completely understand your frustration. Waiting for a fragrance you're excited about is never fun, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
The reality is that The Parfums has experienced an unprecedented level of growth over the past year, and while that has created fulfillment delays, it has also pushed us to make major investments in our team, warehouse operations, technology, and shipping processes.
We're being completely transparent about what happened, what we're doing to fix it, and where we're headed. In fact, we've dedicated an entire page to sharing those details with our customers: “BIG CHANGES ARE COMING” on the top menu.
A lot of changes are coming, and you're already starting to see improvements week by week. Our goal is simple: deliver the same fragrance
Communication and customer service were great. My fragrance was everything I wanted it to be and packaging was perfect. I’m not a patient person and that’s where it got me. I expected 3 weeks and waited almost 3 1/2 months 🥴. If you have patience and time I say yes, order from them. Sadly this is my first and last time.

It tool 3 months to ship, but the price was fantastic and so was the customer service when I had questions on shipping time.

We want to be fully transparent: our biggest challenge has not been pricing, authenticity, or order demand, it has been operational speed during a period of very aggressive scaling.
To address this, we have significantly expanded warehouse operations, staffing, customer support infrastructure, and internal systems. We fully expect these improvements to place the company in a much stronger and more stable position ahead of this year’s holiday season.

Thought I was getting a decent deal on a fragrance but it turns out all I got was 3 weeks of waiting and no details or updates. They’re sending out emails with new codes after I’ve been waiting weeks just to get the first product. They’ll charge you for a refund as well but only if you order a full size bottle and don’t open it. They’ll tell you all sales are final for any other products. DONT DO IT

Authentic perfume. Well packaged but the shipping time is ridiculous

This took nearly 4 months to deliver. But glad I have waited this long for this price. The parfums is 100% worthy if you’re willing to wait a bit. Just order the bottles you wish to buy in opposite season. As per the batch code, I got an 8 month old bottle. So happy for this purchase
After waiting over 4 months to receive this bottle of perfume, and after so many e-mails telling me it should be shipping within one to two weeks, ans after being ordered 30% discounts to use towards something else (why on earth would I ever use a 30% discount code on something else when I can’t even get what I paid for), I gave up ans asked for a refund. Just too many bad reviews all over the socials and I will spend my money and go directly to the company to buy this. That way, I’ll never have to question is this fake, wait months to receive, etc. Shame on this company for how they do business. As a first time customer, I’ll never do business with you again, let alone recommend this company to any friends, colleagues, family, and to anybody on social media. Somethig is not right wirh how they handle their business.
