Return & Refund Policy
Effective as of August 22, 2025. All products are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Processing times
Current order processing times are 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. This timeframe is published on our product pages and at checkout. Refund eligibility is not affected by processing time. If you wish to cancel before shipment, see Section 4.

Samples, Decants & Travel Sizes
All sales final

All decants, samples, and travel-size items are sealed for hygiene and safety. These products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Returns accepted only on unopened, unused bottles in original sealed packaging.
  • Opened, used, or altered bottles are not eligible for return.
Important
If a product is returned opened, used, or not in its original condition in an apparent attempt to abuse our return system, a restocking fee of up to 80% may be applied at our discretion, or the return may be denied entirely.

Refunds (Processing)

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. Refunds are not offered for personal dissatisfaction with fragrance or performance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified at any time during standard processing, provided a tracking number has not yet been generated. Contact us at help@theparfums.com to request a cancellation.

Extended cancellation window: If your order experiences a delay beyond our published processing and shipping timeframes due to logistics or supply factors outside our control, you remain eligible to cancel and receive a full refund, regardless of order age.

Once a tracking number has been generated and the order is in transit, it is considered fulfilled. Cancellations are no longer available at that stage, but you may initiate a return upon delivery per Section 2.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Provide a written explanation and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Our team responds within 48 business hours with next steps, including replacement or return authorization.

Shipping Protection

If you purchased shipping protection, we will assist with claims for items lost or damaged in transit. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are processed only after the claim is approved, usually within 7 business days.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally. This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
