Welcome to The Parfums. We are committed to providing efficient, reliable, and transparent shipping services. Please review our updated shipping terms below.
1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 (USA Only)
We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $75. This is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal exceeds $75 (before tax and after discounts).
2. Shipping Costs for Orders Under $75
For orders under $75, standard shipping fees apply. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight and size.
3. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and supply factors.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- Decants and Travel Sizes: These items require additional preparation time prior to shipment. This may add time within the standard processing window.
4. Product Availability & Logistics Delays
- A product listed as available on our website reflects inventory that is either ready for immediate dispatch or currently being processed through our U.S.-based supplier network, with fulfillment expected within the timeframes published on our website and at checkout.
- Occasionally, processing times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and supply availability within our U.S. supplier network. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
- Your right to cancel: If your order experiences a delay beyond our published processing and shipping timeframes due to logistics or supply factors outside our control, you remain eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time, regardless of how long the order has been placed. 5. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to help reduce transit times. When this happens, remaining items will continue to be prepared and shipped separately. Tracking details will be provided as each shipment is dispatched.
6. Domestic Delivery Estimates
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Note: Small orders may ship via USPS First Class letter mail without tracking to keep shipping affordable.
7. U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. Territories within standard postal size and weight limits.
9. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) will be sent once your order has shipped.
10. Damages During Shipping
The Parfums is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout. If your order is damaged, please file a claim with the carrier or reach out if shipping protection was purchased.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.
12. Undelivered Packages & Refunds
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an expired forwarding address, the recipient no longer residing at the location, or the package being unclaimed, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% handling fee.
13. Reshipment Policy
If you'd like your order re-shipped after it was returned to us for reasons unrelated to our fulfillment process, additional shipping charges will apply.
14. Returns & Refunds
- Full Presentation Bottles: Returns are only accepted on unopened, sealed retail bottles. Once opened, they are non-returnable.
- Decants & Travel Sizes: Due to the nature of our decants and travel sizes and the subjectivity of fragrance, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference or performance.
- All products are guaranteed 100% authentic.
