We grew fast. We are being honest about what that meant, and what we are doing about it.

Over the past months, The Parfums has grown fast. Our catalog expanded, new customers arrived daily, and order volume climbed in ways we did not fully anticipate. That growth is something we are proud of. But growth also exposed gaps in our fulfillment infrastructure that we have a responsibility to address openly.

Some customers experienced longer processing times than expected. Some received fewer updates than they deserved during fulfillment. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is not the experience we want anyone to have when ordering a luxury fragrance online.

What to expect
Before peak season 2026, here is what is coming.
  • Now through November: We are progressively adding references available for immediate dispatch.
  • Choose your speed : As more products join, you will be able to select your delivery speed at checkout. Fast or flexible, the choice will be yours.
