The Parfums Return & Refund Policy
We value your trust in choosing The Parfums. Please review our updated policy below.
1. Samples, Decants & Travel Sizes
- All decants, samples, and travel-size items are sealed for hygiene and safety.
- All sales are final on these items. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Full Bottle Returns (Unopened Only)
- Returns are accepted on full presentation bottles that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping labels are provided free of charge.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund.
- Important: If a bottle is returned opened or not in its original condition in an apparent attempt to abuse our return system, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 80%.
3. Refunds (Processing)
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. Refunds are not offered for personal dissatisfaction with fragrance or performance.
Please note: current order processing times are 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. This timeframe is published on our product pages and at checkout. Refund eligibility is not affected by processing time. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, please refer to Section 4.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified at any time during standard processing, provided a tracking number has not yet been generated. To request a cancellation, contact us at help@theparfums.com.
Extended cancellation window: If your order experiences a delay beyond our published processing and shipping timeframes due to logistics or supply factors outside our control, you remain eligible to cancel and receive a full refund, regardless of order age. Please contact us and we will process your cancellation promptly.
Once a tracking number has been generated and the order is in transit, it is considered fulfilled. Cancellations are no longer available at that stage, but you may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with Section 2.
5. Product Availability
A product listed as available on our website reflects inventory that is either ready for immediate dispatch or currently being processed through our U.S.-based supplier network, with fulfillment expected within the timeframes published on our product pages and at checkout.
Occasionally, processing times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and supply availability within our U.S. supplier network. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and you will have the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund per Section 4.
6. Shipping Protection
- If you purchased shipping protection, we will assist with claims for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after the claim is approved, usually within 7 business days.
7. International Orders
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- This return and refund policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
