Thank you for visiting The Parfums, operated by Orion Heart Enterprise LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Website Use
The Parfums website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our site responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
2. Account and Security
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Product Information and Accuracy
We offer both sealed full presentation bottles and decants and travel sizes. While we strive to present accurate product information, we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free. All listings are subject to change without notice.
4. Product Availability
- A product listed as available on our website reflects inventory that is either ready for immediate dispatch or currently being processed through our U.S.-based supplier network, with fulfillment expected within the timeframes published on our website and at checkout.
- Occasionally, processing times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and supply availability within our U.S. supplier network. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
- The Parfums makes every effort to ensure listed products can be fulfilled within the published timeframes. However, availability does not constitute a guarantee of immediate shipment in all cases.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The Parfums reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. No retroactive adjustments will be made for price changes or promotional discounts.
6. Order Processing and Cancellation
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion, including for issues like stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Customer-initiated cancellations: Customers may cancel or modify their order at any time during standard processing, provided a tracking number has not yet been generated. To request a cancellation, contact us at help@theparfums.com.
- Extended cancellation window: If your order experiences a delay beyond our published processing and shipping timeframes due to logistics or supply factors outside our control, you remain eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time, regardless of how long the order has been placed.
- Once a tracking number has been generated and the order is in transit, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and supply factors.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- The Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility.
- Full Presentation Bottles: Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and sealed in its original retail packaging. Opened full bottles are non-returnable.
- Decants & Travel Sizes: All decants and travel sizes are final sale.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Parfums or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Parfums is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. The Parfums is operated by Orion Heart Enterprise LLC. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
13. SMS and Email Communications
By creating an account or providing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from The Parfums, including order updates, promotional offers, and service-related messages.
- Opting Out: Unsubscribe from emails via the link in the message. For SMS, reply "STOP" at any time.
- Message Charges: Standard carrier rates may apply.
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on activity and promotions.
- Reliability: We cannot guarantee delivery due to potential carrier or network issues.
- Privacy: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By opting in at checkout or subscribing, you consent to receive recurring text updates (e.g., order updates, cart reminders, promotions). Consent is not a condition of purchase. To unsubscribe, reply "STOP" or use the unsubscribe option provided.
14. Fraudulent Activity & Chargebacks
We actively monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and abuse of our policies. Any attempt to obtain products or refunds through false claims, chargebacks without valid justification, or misuse of payment disputes may result in corrective action.
If an investigation determines that a chargeback or dispute was filed fraudulently or in bad faith, including claims of non-delivery when carrier tracking confirms delivery, we reserve the right to restrict or permanently disable the customer's ability to place future orders on our website.
We also reserve the right to share relevant transaction details, shipping confirmations, and delivery records with payment processors and dispute resolution services as part of any investigation.
15. Mobile Terms of Service

The Parfums mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Parfums ("The Parfums", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to The Parfums's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Parfums through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Parfums. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [insert your sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Parfums mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

16. Wholesale Program
The Parfums offers a wholesale program for qualified retail businesses seeking to carry our curated selection of niche and luxury fragrances. By applying for and participating in our wholesale program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses only. All applications are subject to review and approval by The Parfums team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
Minimum Order Requirement
Each wholesale order must meet a minimum purchase amount of $3,500 per transaction. Orders below this threshold will not be processed through the wholesale channel. For purchases below the minimum, wholesale partners are welcome to shop directly at theparfums.com using their personalized discount code.
Monthly Purchase Commitment
Active wholesale accounts are required to maintain a minimum of $10,000 in purchases per calendar month. Accounts that do not meet this monthly requirement are subject to review. The Parfums monitors account activity on an ongoing basis and reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event that the monthly minimum is not met, including but not limited to suspension or permanent revocation of wholesale access and associated discount codes.
Pricing and Discounts
Each approved wholesale partner receives a personalized discount code. The applicable discount is calculated as follows:
- If no sitewide promotion is active, the partner's personalized rate plus an additional 5% applies.
- If a sitewide promotion is active, the promotional rate plus an additional 5% applies.
The Parfums reserves the right to modify discount structures at any time with reasonable notice.
Order Process
Wholesale orders must be submitted via email to our dedicated wholesale channel. Once received, our team will create a draft order in Shopify and issue an invoice with the final total and available payment methods. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment
We accept PayPal and bank transfer for all wholesale transactions. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or fulfilled.
Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation. The Parfums will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
Account Suspension and Termination
The Parfums reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:
- The monthly minimum purchase requirement of $10,000 is not met.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of wholesale privileges is suspected.
- The partner is found to be in violation of any of these terms.
Termination of a wholesale account results in immediate deactivation of all associated discount codes and wholesale privileges. The Parfums is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account termination.
Modifications
The Parfums reserves the right to modify these wholesale program terms at any time. Continued participation in the wholesale program following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
