This order was part of a broader issue I had with The Parfums. I had multiple open orders that remained unfulfilled for weeks. On March 20, I was told the orders were expected to ship within the next 2 weeks. When that window arrived, there was still no tracking and no firm delivery commitment.

The Parfums eventually said they could not guarantee delivery by a specific date. After that, I requested cancellation and refund.

They did refund the order, but the experience was not acceptable. From my perspective, the company is very good at taking orders and sending promotional emails, but the fulfillment timelines did not hold up.

I received zero product from this order.

Authentic, shipping took a while but worth the wait, eill be ordering from here again, a lot.

Fragrance is amazing price was great. Took 2 weeks to ship but once shipped was here in two days. Happy all around.
