Danaë

I placed my order for Danaë on April 21. The order was sold with a processing window of 1–3 weeks before shipment.

By June 10, nearly 50 days after ordering, I still had no tracking. The Parfums told me the order was still active and expected to ship in approximately 14–18 days. On June 22, they confirmed again in writing that the order was expected to ship within the June 24–28 timeframe.

That window passed with no tracking and no proactive update.

When I followed up, they apologized for missing the deadline and said it would now take another 15–18 days. That would have pushed this order to roughly 84–87 days from purchase to their newest estimated ship date.

I eventually canceled and was refunded.

The issue is not simply “waiting.” The issue is payment being taken upfront, timelines moving repeatedly, and no clear proof that the bottle was ever actually secured or allocated to my order. I cannot recommend ordering unless you are comfortable with long delays, missed written timelines, and having to chase updates yourself.

This order was part of a group of older orders that had already been open for weeks. On March 20, The Parfums told me they expected my orders to ship within the next 2 weeks. Around that deadline, there was still no tracking and no guaranteed delivery date.

When I asked what was going on, I was told they were doing their best but could not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Then, after I asked to cancel, they offered another 7–10 day estimate and compensation if I kept the orders open.

I chose to cancel.

The frustrating part is that this happened again later with a second Danaë order. Two separate Danaë orders. Same basic issue: long wait, shifting timelines, no bottle delivered.

I received a refund, but I did not receive the product.

Amazing scent.

Shipped the next day i bought it and got it in 4 days
