Created by Francis Kurkdjian, it opens with bergamot, aromatic French lavender, and ambroxan before revealing a powerful heart of Vietnamese oud. Indonesian patchouli, Madagascan vetiver, Virginia cedarwood, and Atlas cedar form a dense, smoky base with dry, earthy, and sensual animalic nuances. Matured and macerated for 42 days, the composition balances familiar Sauvage freshness with exceptional woody richness, intensity, and lasting power.
