Muse 62 Ink Extrait turns YSL’s original Muse into a darker, more sensual couture statement. It opens with resinous frankincense, aromatic Ourika lavender, and clary sage. Iris concrete and ambrette create a soft, skin-like, powdery heart before the signature ink accord deepens through oakwood maceration—bringing smoky, subtly liqueur-like warmth. A rich trio of Bourbon vanilla extracts and oud accord leave a plush, dark, woody trail.

Inspired by the ink sketches from Yves Saint Laurent’s first haute couture collection in 1962, it feels like warm skin, dark violet ink, and polished oak in a private atelier.

Performance
