A bolder, deeper reinterpretation of Frapin's award-winning L'Humaniste. Lemon, Bergamot, Cardamom, Pink Pepper and Black Pepper open with the same vivid citrus-spice energy as the original, but with noticeably more presence and intensity. Quince, Nutmeg and Patchouli add a fleshy, spiced warmth to the heart before Tolu Balsam, Moss and Tonka Bean deliver a richer, more enveloping base with real elegance and staying power.
Performance:
Substantially stronger and longer lasting than the original L'Humaniste, addressing the one criticism often levelled at the classic version. Projection is confident in the opening and the balsamic base holds well throughout the day.
