Package was sealed. I was home when delivered. I opened it to find the bottle had a couple of chips of paint removed. The cap was off the bottle and the sprayer wasn't together. I was able to place it back together. There was also a light film of oil on the top of the bottle as if it was previously sprayed. No major eye sore, just a few issues that make me question how it was handled before shipping since it was sealed. I do have a sample of this fragrance and the fragrance seems authentic. Just experienced some odd issues with the bottle itself. Overall, I'm satisfied!!

I want to explain my 1 star review below as you stated , “it isn’t fair.” You. said that delivery is quoted between 1-2 weeks. You received my order on 9-9 and delivered it on 9-26, THAT IS 3 WEEKS. I ordered another cologne on the same day from Boulevard Paris. I received the cologne 5 days later. So that’s what I was comparing it to. Furthermore I ordered the cologne on 9-9 and then received no other messages until 9-15. I started to worry if this was a legitimate site. If that wasn’t enough I then received an email to write a review for a product that had not even been delivered yet! lol. Does that make any sense to anyone?! I wasn’t even sure at that point that I would even get it as I was frustrated. The product was finally delivered and it was excellent so I am now giving your company a 5 star review. Anyone ordering from this site just understand that it can take up to 3 weeks like it did me.

It’s important for customers to understand that shipping time and delivery time are different. At checkout, in our policies, and in the Shop app, we state clearly that our processing (shipping) window is 1–2 weeks. Delivery time is then added on top of that, depending on the carrier.

We do follow a direct fulfillment model (commonly known as drop shipping), which allows us to offer lower prices. The trade-off is that it can take longer compared to companies that ship from their own large warehouses.

Regarding the review request: those emails are sent automatically based on average delivery times. Usually, orders go out within the first week, but with a recent surge in demand, some orders—including yours—pushed to the maximum window. We are actively working to bring those times down again.
